Member Viewpoint

Thank you to all who attended one of our Viewpoint events in 2005, 2006 and in July 2007! We had a great time meeting you. Find out more about our three past Member Viewpoint events.

We are committed to reviewing our customer events. Our Member Viewpoint events have been extremely popular but we feel it's time to make a change. We want to find a way of getting out and about and seeing more of you in the most efficient yet positive way. That´s why we´re to trialling branch based events entitled ´Meet the Chief´.

Introducing...Meet the Chief

 

We recognise the importance of listening to our members´ views and providing positive Chelsea experiences and Meet the Chief offers a wonderful way for this to take place.

The objective of this event is to give you the opportunity to raise any questions you may have and for me and to provide you directly with a response. I have met some of you at our Member Viewpoint events and Annual General Meeting but I want see more of you, more often!

Why are we doing this type of event?
Being a building society, we are committed to working for you and understanding your needs and we can only do this with your help. Your feedback is very important and this session allows us to hear directly what you think so we can involve you in our business.

Whether you have a burning question or simply want ´the Chief´s´ opinion on the financial services industry, everyone is welcome!

How does it work?
The sessions will take place at our in our branches and will consist of 10 minute informal sessions where you are invited to come along, ask questions and join us for a coffee.

A few things to remember:
  • sessions will be first come first served during the specified period and are not guaranteed
  • to ensure everyone is able to Meet the Chief, sessions will be limited to 10 minutes per person
  • at peak times, waiting may occur
  • to make the most of these sessions, we may not be able to answer any personal queries, whether about your own account or your own personal circumstances. We will, of course, discuss these issues with you after your session with the Chief.
