Am I eligible to vote at Chelsea's AGM?

Chelsea is run in the interests of our members so we don’t have to pay dividends to shareholders. This means we can pass on this advantage to our members through the competitive pricing of our products.

Our AGMs are our chance to meet our members in person and give them a say in how we operate. All of our members are important to us and your votes will ensure we are working for you in the best way possible.

You will receive an AGM voting pack every year, if you are eligible to vote. If you are not sure if you are eligible to vote please use the guide below:

You were entitled to vote at our AGM 2008 if:

• you were at least 18 years old on 27 March 2008 and
