
How to vote
Voting online couldn't be easier. Just go to agm online voting form and login using the two-part Security Code printed on the voting form which you will have received in your postal AGM pack.
Please note: Completed voting forms must be received by the Society's scrutineers by 5pm on Friday 23 April 2010.
Vote in person
You can vote in person by attending the AGM at the National Media Museum, Bradford BD1 1NQ, on 28 April 2010 at 3.30pm.
You should bring with you the letter from the Chairman, which is attached to the voting form in your postal AGM pack, or any other proof of membership such as your passbook or your latest mortgage or investment statement.
In order to assist our registration procedures, members may register at the AGM from 2.30pm.

Vote by post
By using the enclosed voting form in your postal AGM pack.
Voting by post or online means that you are appointing someone else (who is known as your proxy) to attend the AGM and vote on your behalf. You can tell your proxy how to vote on each resolution when you complete the paper voting form or when you vote online. Your proxy does not have to be a member of the Society.
Completed voting forms must be received by the Society’s scrutineers by 5pm on Friday 23 April 2010.
