Member matters

As a mutual organisation, your input and feedback is important in ensuring that we stay in touch with our members and that you have an effective voice.

The Member Forum is one way to get involved – providing feedback on current and proposed initiatives as well as challenging the senior team on behalf of the members.

The Forum meets twice a year for in-depth discussions with Iain Cornish, the Society's Chief Executive, other directors and senior managers.

The group, which is currently made up of 19 members, reflects a cross section of the Society's customers, for example from different geographic locations, and holding different accounts types with the Society.
