The following information will be needed as well as a completed commercial mortgage application form:

• identification and address verification
• Certificate of Incorporation and Memorandum and Articles of Association (if a Limited Company)
• 3 years’ accounts (where available)
• full lease(s) details
• last 3 months’ bank statements
