The minimum loan is £2,500.
If you have one of the following products this rate may not apply: tracker, prospect, self certification or buy to let. Please ask for details of what rate will apply to you.
There is an additional advance fee of £195, which will be added to your loan (unless you ask us to deduct it from your additional advance). Please note that interest is payable on fees added to loans.
If, at anytime, you wish to repay a standard variable rate additional advance you may do so without paying an early repayment charge.
*Loans for timeshare purchase or business purposes are excluded
Notes
- A higher lending charge, reflecting the increased risk to Chelsea, is payable if your total exceeds a specified percentage of your home's current value. Where a higher lending charge is made, it will apply from 85% of your home's current value.
- Where the value of the property is greater than £250,000 the maximum loan may be restricted. Further details are available from your local branch or by calling 0845 607 6612.
- If you have other loans secured on your home in addition to your Chelsea mortgage, extra costs such as solicitors' fees will be involved. These costs, and any other, will be your responsibility
