We are aware of an issue relating to Multi-Factor Authentication which has resulted in some customers receiving a delayed SMS code from a request made in the last week. . If you have not requested a code in the last week please contact us. We are working urgently to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We apologise for any inconvenience this has caused. If you use a Third Party Provider to view all your accounts and have received an unexpected SMS particularly through the night, this may be due to the way they acquire and verify your information. Important customer notice

On Saturday 7 September through to Sunday 8 September will be carrying out an upgrade on our computer systems beginning on Saturday and ending around 18:00 on Sunday.
