Online account registration

Once you have access to your account online, you'll be able to manage your savings accounts and take advantage of some of the features of the online account area. If you have already opened an online savings account, you’re already registered. The features available to you will vary depending on the type of account you have.

Important information

By registering for online services you are agreeing to not receiving a printed statement for any of your savings accounts. You can request a printed statement in future, should you need one, by calling us.

If you have a mortgage with us you will be able to view year to date mortgage statements and if you have an offset mortgage you can view offset mortgage and savings balances and also transfer money to and from any offset savings accounts.

Please note, you need to be aged 16 or over to register to view and manage your account online.


Additional security

To protect you and your money, some transactions you carry out online will use our multi-factor authentication confirmation service. When paying into your account using a debit card, we have adopted Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode for additional protection when depositing funds. Did you know?

Once you register for online access to your accounts, you can also use the same password for any telephone transactions (subject to the terms of your account).

When you call us, you'll be asked for three characters from your online account password - just so we can verify your identity.

Registering is easy – enter some of your account details and then follow these simple steps:

  1. Enter your personal details.
  2. We'll need to verify you by asking some security questions.
  3. Tell us how best to contact you.
  4. Create a new password for logging in.
  5. You'll then receive a unique customer number in the post which you can use to login.
