We regularly conduct customer research in order to find out more about what our customers think about us, how satisfied they are with us and the areas that they think we can improve on.
We do this by working with three independent research companies who contact customers on our behalf via the telephone and email. We have been working with KPMG Nunwood Consulting Limited, Explain Research Limited and PWC Optimisa Research Limited for a number of years and these suppliers have gone through a vetting process to ensure they comply with our stringent information security policy and comply with the Data Protection Act and the Market Research Society Code of Conduct.
You will not be asked anything about your own personal details or holdings; all data is sent securely and does not contain any of your personal financial information, only the contact details required to send the email or make the call.
My Voice is an online research community which gives customers the opportunity to feedback on a variety of topics to help us better understand customer needs.
